​Original U.S. Army Green (AG-44) service visor cap from the Vietnam/Cold War era. Manufactured by Bancroft Cap Co., Inc. under contract in 1972. Made of 100% wool serge in the iconic shade AG-44 green with a black visor and gold-tone U.S. Army cap device.

​The interior leather sweatband is historically personalized with the original owner's name and service details (Gundersen, Myron J.), making it a wonderful named piece for military collectors.
