Description

Up for sale is a beautiful vintage, hand-painted porcelain tea service made in Japan. This set features a striking, luminous lusterware finish with a scenic sunset landscape design showcasing a silhouette of trees against an orange and teal gradient sky. The underside of the pieces features the classic red stamp reading "Hand Painted Made in Japan".

This 17-Piece Set Includes:

1 Tea Kettle / Teapot (Approx. 8" x 4.5" x 4.75")

1 Lidded Sugar Bowl

1 Creamer Pitcher

4 Teacups

5 Saucers (Approx. 5.5")

5 Small Dessert Plates (Approx. 7.5")

Condition Notes:

The set is in pretty good vintage pre-owned condition overall with vibrant colors. There is some minor expected wear on the gold trim accents from age and handling. The tea kettle has a small cosmetic chip on the top rim that does not affect its function or display value. I did also notice a couple of the teacups have flea bites. Please review the high-resolution photos carefully to assess the exact condition details.
