Description:

Up for sale is a vintage SCM Smith-Corona electric portable typewriter, finished in a classic two-tone tan and brown color scheme as shown in the item photo "852.jpg". This machine comes complete with its original black hardshell protective carrying case.

Condition: Excellent aesthetic condition with light cosmetic wear from age and storage. The body is structurally sound, all keys are present and snap back cleanly, and the interior typebar basket is relatively clean. The original hardshell case shows minor surface scuffs but latches securely. Power cord is intact. (Note: As with most vintage typewriters, a new ribbon may be required for optimal dark print quality). It does work and there is still some ink on the strip .
